Beauty & Cosmetics Salesperson

Elaris Beauty Salon, a premium beauty destination in Business Bay, Dubai under Persian Horizon, is hiring a Beauty & Cosmetics Salesperson to support our luxury retail operations and enhance the client experience through professional product consultation and sales.

This role is ideal for a confident, customer-focused salesperson who can recommend the right beauty products, convert salon visits into retail purchases, and contribute directly to monthly revenue growth. You will work closely with the salon team to promote aftercare routines and premium home-use products, while maintaining luxury retail standards inside the salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide expert product consultations based on individual skin, hair, and beauty needs
• Recommend and sell premium skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products to salon clients
• Upsell and cross-sell products through bundles, add-ons, and personalized routines
• Convert salon appointments into retail purchases by promoting aftercare and home-care solutions
• Support stylists and therapists by aligning product recommendations with treatments and services
• Maintain luxury retail presentation standards including cleanliness, shelving, and product organization
• Handle POS billing, product tagging, and daily sales tracking
• Assist with stock monitoring, restocking, and expiry checks to maintain product availability
• Participate in promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat product purchases and customer loyalty

Requirements

• 3 years experience in beauty / cosmetics retail sales (salon experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, and cosmetics (product usage, benefits, routines)
• Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell and work with monthly sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident personality with strong persuasion and closing skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance suited for a luxury salon
• Comfortable using POS systems, billing, and handling daily sales entries
• Ability to work in Business Bay, Dubai and in shifts/weekends as required
• Experience in luxury salons, premium retail, or high-end beauty brands
• Ability to perform quick consultations (skin type, hair concerns, product matching)
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling, stock movement, expiry checks
• Multilingual skills: Arabic, Russian, Tagalog, Hindi (any is a plus)
• Familiarity with UAE beauty market trends and luxury customer expectations
