What You'll Be Doing

This traineeship offers hands-on experience within the regional beauty team of Estée Lauder, supporting a portfolio of leading luxury brands, including: Tom Ford, Frederic Malle, By Kilian, La Mer (distribution), The Ordinary (distribution)

The portfolio spans three fragrance brands and two skincare brands, operating across both retail and distribution models. As a Beauty Trainee, you will support the regional team in managing brand operations across multiple markets, gaining exposure to brand strategy, commercial alignment, and market execution

• Assist the regional team in coordinating with global brand partners and local market teams.
• Support the execution of brand activities such as PR events, retail activations, campaign rollouts, and product launches.
• Help gather and analyze market insights to provide recommendations that enhance brand performance.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of brand initiatives.
• Contribute to day-to-day operational tasks across the portfolio to ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation.
