As the Bell Captain, you will lead the bell team in delivering exceptional arrival and departure experiences, luggage handling, and guest assistance. Your role is pivotal in setting the tone of luxury and hospitality from the moment guests arrive at the world’s tallest hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bell team, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Greet and escort guests to rooms with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
• Monitor and organize luggage storage and deliveries with accuracy and care.
• Assign tasks to bell attendants and monitor performance, grooming, and service standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of amenities, parcels, and messages to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas.
• Coordinate with the Concierge, Front Office, and Valet teams to ensure smooth guest service flow.
• Train new bell team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and service recovery when necessary.
• Assist with group arrivals, special events, and VIP movements as required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bell role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity in a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Dubai attractions and guest services is a plus.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Presentable grooming and positive, professional attitude.
• Physically fit to handle luggage and perform shift duties.
