Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, offers 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, six private pool villas, and 161 fully furnished serviced apartments featuring a one-kilometre private beach which blends modern Arabic design with exceptional comfort.

As a Bellman, you provide a warm welcome to guests and deliver personalized assistance in line with Shangri-La service standards. And you will support concierge and front office operations by handling guest luggage, transportation, and requests efficiently. Also, you ensure safe and professional driving services in compliance with UAE traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests, assist with luggage handling, and provide orientation upon arrival and departure.
Drive hotel vehicles to transport guests safely.
Coordinate with Concierge and Front Office teams to manage guest requests, deliveries, and messages.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of lobby areas, luggage trolleys, and hotel vehicles.
Provide accurate local information, directions, and basic concierge assistance when required.
About You:
Strong guest service and communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.
Valid UAE driving license with good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
Ability to handle luggage safely and assist guests with efficiency and care.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with guests from diverse cultures.
High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Presentable, well-groomed, and committed to luxury service standards.
1 – 2 years of experience in hospitality industry will be an added value.
High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is often required.
