This program is particularly suitable for graduates with backgrounds in Electronics, Mechatronics, Networking, or Security, who want to build hands-on expertise and apply their knowledge in a practical defense environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee, you will:
- Participate in technical training modules across electronics, mechatronics, networks, and security.
- Learn to operate, configure, and troubleshoot systems with guidance from mentors.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and contribute to team discussions.
- Actively engage in professional development and demonstrate commitment to growth.
- Nationality: UAE Nationals only
- Education: Bachelor’s (or in final year) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer/Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Interest in technology, defense, and innovation
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn
- Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly
- Prior internship or project experience in a technical area is a plus but not required
- Comprehensive training and mentorship with subject matter experts
- Exposure to cutting-edge defense technologies
- Clear development pathway with potential for future roles upon program completion
