The Project

This is a high-profile building asset located in Abu Dhabi.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads the delivery of information management function for project team.
• Advises, innovates, understands, develops and implements processes described within ISO19650 series.
• Supports the development of BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Supports the development of Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, and EIR) as per ISO 19650.
• Communicates effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Ensures security protocols have been followed for viewing and issuing of information on all projects.
• Reviews current technology solutions and researches new solutions to improve the BIM process.
• Supports implementation of governance and assurance processes.
• Collaborates with the Mace PM and Design teams on procedural elements and compliance with the Mace Way.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and manages associated carbon emissions and reductions.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; BIM certification or training is highly desirable.
• UAE project experience essential.
• Extensive years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
