BIM Modeler - Mechanical

Develop accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting) using Revit and other BIM tools.Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free and coordinated models.Create detailed shop drawings, construction documents, and as-built models from BIM.Participate in design and coordination meetings to resolve clashes and integrate design changes.Ensure that BIM deliverables meet company and project-specific standards, including LOD (Level of Development).Maintain and manage BIM files, naming conventions, and documentation as per established BIM Execution Plan (BEP).Support the BIM Coordinator/Manager in implementing BIM workflows and ensuring compliance.Keep up to date with local regulations, authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, DCD, ADDC), and industry best practices.Collaborate with site teams to verify model accuracy and support on-site construction activities.
