Responsibilities
- Research and brainstorm new client acquisition methods based on data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Identify and understand the diverse trading needs of both individual and corporate clients.
- Design and implement strategies for market growth in the EU region.
- Monitor & conduct a detailed analysis of users’ trading volume, revenue metrics, user behavior and more.
- Create comprehensive and analytical reports, effectively communicating and presenting information both quantitatively and graphically.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or graduated within the last year.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
- Ability to be flexible in various complex situations and perform well under pressure.
- Preferred experience in account management with a track record of maintaining excellent relationships.
- Passionate about crypto.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, and financial services is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
