As a Boiler Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the hotel’s boiler systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and uninterrupted comfort for our guests and team members.

What will I be doing?

As Boiler Technician, you will:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, hot water systems, and associated equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler systems, pumps, valves, and controls.
• Record operational data, including pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel consumption.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, carrying out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor chemical treatment of water systems to prevent corrosion or scaling.
• Support energy conservation initiatives by maintaining system efficiency.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns or emergencies to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate logs, maintenance records, and inventory of spare parts.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Engineering team.
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Boiler Technician, preferably within luxury hospitality or large facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of boiler operations, safety standards, and water treatment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• A focus on safety and adherence to regulations at all times.
• Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
