How You Will Make a Difference

• Analyze customer requirements to identify and tailor optimal solutions aligned with HOERBIGER's offerings.
• Deliver impactful, comprehensive technical proposals that meet customer RFQs with precision.
• Provide expert technical support to Sales, Service, and Workshop teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Conduct in-depth failure analysis and deliver clear, actionable reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage proactively with customers and internal teams, ensuring fast, accurate resolution of technical queries.
  
  

What You Should Be Good At

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role within the Oil & Gas sector, preferably at a compressor OEM.
• Strong engineering analysis, design, and solution development for compression systems.
• Knowledge of international standards, certification processes, and industry-specific codes.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling with Autodesk Inventor and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Practical knowledge of reciprocating compressors, gas engines, and process systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to details with strong technical writing and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to adapt, focus on customer needs, and operate effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
