Job Description

As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to innovation, we are seeking a Brand and Communication Lead for the GCC region. This position will be responsible for leading, optimizing and executing communication strategy, with a focus on both brand equity growth and high-impact campaigns across ATL and BTL channels. The Lead will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive brand consistency and equity across all touchpoints, while ensuring efficient budget management.

Main Activities


  • Drive long-term brand equity growth, overseeing brand positioning, innovation and communication strategies across GCC markets
  • Optimize regional campaigns calendar, driving initiatives that align with both short-term goals and long-term brand vision.
  • Ensure that communication strategy aligns with business objectives, market dynamics and consumer behavior insights.
  • Develop communication and media strategy for Innovations and New Categories.
  • Lead the brief, development, and execution of 360 marketing campaigns and media, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with trade marketing and sales to ensure integrated campaign strategies that maximize impact.
  • Establish and oversee campaign performance metrics, ensuring results are maximized and budgets are adhered to.
  • Raise awareness and engagement regarding marketing campaigns within BRF.
  • Ensure campaigns deployment and local trade campaigns are following brand guidelines.
  • Regularly update the senior leadership team on campaign performance, adjustments, and lessons learned.
  • Lead packaging projects, including visual identity revamp, new packaging for innovations, line extensions and packaging optimization projects for the portfolio of brands available in the GCC.
  • Ensure consistency with brand package guidelines
  • Seek processes optimization
  • Manage Marketing OPEX project budget thoroughly to ensure adherence with the forecast and targets.
  • Ensure Compliance and financial processes, including, procurement, purchase requisitions, timely invoice management and provisions.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English are mandatory, Portuguese is a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in an FMCG company within the marketing function
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in brand or communication roles in the Middle East
  • Desirable experience in PR


Knowledge & Skills


  • Foundation of marketing experience in consumer brand marketing
  • Campaign building experience, both ATL and BTL
  • Media strategy and planning know-how
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic and operational planning experience
  • Advanced skills in data analytics and marketing technology tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Expert in managing large-scale budgets and multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience in crisis management and brand reputation monitoring
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Think Cell, Word)
  • Expertise in AI is a big plus
