  • Item creation
  • PO generation (Should coordinate with internal & external partners for PI etc)
  • Advance processing
  • Bulk documents checking & verification
  • Coordinating with logistic team & vendors for timely goods handover
  • Payment processing
  • Follow up with internal teams for payments / swift copies
  • Updating payment tracker
  • Season ETD/ETA updation based on vessel details
  • Sharing payment advise to vendors
  • Follow up with vendors for original documents / Cepa certificates
  • Follow up with warehouse for GRN etc
