About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Bridges Project Manager to join our team at Zutari Middle East. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of bridge projects from inception to completion. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage project teams, ensuring all projects are executed to the highest standards, while occasionally contributing to project design as needed.

Working closely with our structural engineering team, you will drive the design and construction of provincial, municipal, and community-related structural infrastructure across the Middle East region. This role involves liaising with clients, managing project budgets and schedules, and providing both leadership and technical support to ensure successful project delivery.

In addition to project management, you will occasionally step in to complete design tasks, allowing you to stay engaged with the technical aspects of the work and maintain your design expertise.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or an associated discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Professional registration
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in design, contract administration, and client relations
  • related to structural infrastructure projects
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in mentoring and training staff in a collegial environment
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and retain clients for repeat business
  • Interest in engineering in rural communities
  • A master’s degree in Structural Engineering would be an advantage
  • PMP designation is a preferred asset
  • Available to travel as required
