In this pivotal role, you'll support brokers in offering outstanding client service and ensuring our division's alignment with all regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate with teams across Sanctions/ Financial Crime, Market Security, RQM, Partner Assurance (UK), Legal, Compliance, and Claims, establishing effective relationships with internal partners and key collaborators.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Compose compliant contracts, wordings, slips and endorsements.
- Lead renewal submissions, produce information packs and statistics for clients/markets.
- Coordinate quote management and client correspondence for quotes, renewals, and contracts.
- Acquire security approvals and ensure sanctions checks.
- Onboard clients, including KYC activities and TOBAs.
- Handle client relationships and resolve queries locally.
- Maintain visibility on client status around premium payments, claims, and cash issues.
- Ensure timely setup of client/deal data in broking systems (WIN, Workbench, etc.).
- Perform compliance, SPOE, and audit checks as required.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and internal reporting.
- Encourage consistency in procedures and activities globally.
- Education: A-level or equivalent required
- Experience: Experience in re/insurance, preferably broking operations. Reinsurance or FAC knowledge strongly preferred.
- Technical: Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving skills; ability to spot hidden problems and patterns.
- Organisational: Excellent planning, project management, and ability to meet strategic objectives.
- Interpersonal: Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable with large groups and senior executives.
- Personal Qualities: Integrity, objectivity, flexibility, and ability to advance important matters.
- Efficiency: Ability to simplify processes, balance multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the relevant location and able to travel as the need arises
