Building Inspector

Role: Inspector

Location: Dubai

To coordinate with the occupiers in the property and carry out inspections in a timely manner, take full and concise notes of the property details, take a full schedule of photographs, and upload the inspection notes and photographs onto the relevant folder, to allow the valuer to start working on the case.

General

 Coordinate with the occupier of the property to arrange a suitable time for the inspection

 Be punctual for all meetings and manage time effectively to ensure no clients/tenants are kept waiting.

 Be aware of health and safety precautions when driving on the road (take a charged phone, spare water, inform the team of your inspection schedule)

 Present the company in a professional manner

 Write detailed inspection notes and upload the inspection notes and photographs in timely manner

 Check the condition of the property and the surrounding areas

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required For This Role

 Minimum high school or diploma in relevant educational qualification

 Excellent geographical knowledge

 Good communication skills

 Good time management skills

 Good spoken/written English

 UAE Driving license is mandatory
