Job Purpose
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered successfully, meeting business objectives and customer demands.

Minimum Qualifications And Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Extensive experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and documentation techniques.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading junior business analysts or team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and presentation of findings.
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and requirements.
- Proficiency in using business analysis software and tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence).
- Attention to detail for accurately capturing and documenting requirements.
- Analytical mindset for identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
- Leadership and influence to guide project teams and stakeholders towards common goals.
- Customer-centric mindset to understand and prioritize customer needs.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong decision-making skills based on data and business objectives.
- Collaboration and teamwork to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
