Job Purpose

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner to develop a next-generation application for Relationship Managers (RMs) and Virtual RMs (VRMs), enabling them to efficiently manage their day-to-day business activities. This role supports the bank’s AI-first strategy and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including RMs, VRMs, Advanced Analytics, Technology Solution Architects, and Developers. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management experience, AI tool proficiency, and agile delivery expertise to drive digital transformation in the Business Banking unit.

Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

• Product Development & Agile Delivery
• Assist the Product Owner in requirements elicitation and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and user-centric design.
• AI-First Strategy & Tech Enablement
• Support the integration of AI tools and capabilities into RM/VRM workflows.
• Work with Advanced Analytics teams to translate insights into actionable features.
• Quality Assurance & Testing
• Act as a gatekeeper for user story certification, ensuring all conditions are met before release.
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this challenging role, you must be able to demonstrate:

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in business contexts.
• Exposure to the Middle East banking market is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to think broadly and have a holistic approach
• Clear communication and articulation skills
