As the Business Analyst will provide functional support, design, oversight and guidance of the business applications across M42 facilities and clients. These responsibilities include but are not limited to developing system strategies with management and other stakeholders, conducting business needs analyses, identifying and mitigating project risks, supporting the applications users and assisting in the implementation of all Business application projects. Participation in on-call support is required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management and senior leadership in delivering results/outcomes.
• Assists in collecting and documenting workflow and gathering of requirements from various clinical stakeholders.
• Ability to write business rules using Discern Expert.
• Ability to write Business Rules Assist with testing activities, tests new application releases in conjunction with established change control processes.
• Liaise with Clinical and Business Stakeholders.
• Ability to perform independently and manage workload appropriately.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and information technology personnel verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and build strong working relationships.
  
  

Qualifications

• Baseline abilities with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Work, MS Visio and MS Power Point.
• Experienced in one or more integration systems and HL7 / API.
• Preferred experience with Oracle Fusion and RCMS Solutions.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry.
• Baseline abilities with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Work, MS Visio and MS Power Point.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in business support/implementation application, healthcare operations experience or equivalent experience.
