Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in requirement gathering, Scrum/Agile methodologies, and banking domain knowledge (Digital Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Trade Finance). The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Design and implement Scrum frameworks for effective agile delivery.

Act as a Scrum Master or Product Owner proxy, facilitating ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Liaise with product managers, developers, QA teams, and operations to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for proposed features or regulatory changes.

Assist in UAT planning and execution, and ensure traceability of requirements through the SDLC.

Support digital transformation initiatives in retail, corporate banking, or trade finance areas.

Communicate effectively with business and technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.

Proven experience in creating and implementing Scrum/Agile frameworks.

Strong knowledge of Digital Banking, Retail/Corporate Banking, or Trade Finance products and processes.

Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.

Exposure to banking core systems and digital channel integration.

Experience in working with offshore/onshore delivery models.
