- Analyze sales, category, and line performance to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the portfolio.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to enhance business performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Provide insights to analyze and optimize promotions and product launches.
- Conduct customer analytics, including performing relevant customer analysis using RFM frameworks, deriving marketing ROI, and executing cohort analysis for retail customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
