Role: Lead Business Analyst

Skill: Business Analyst with GenAI, RPA, NLP

Description

• 7+ years of experience business analysis, with a strong focus on AI, Gen AI, and automation initiatives.
• Expertise in gathering business requirements, developing functional specifications, and leading automation projects.
• Design and document SOPs, functional requirements, and technical specifications for AI and RPA implementations.
• Identify, analyze, and document opportunities for AI, Gen AI, and RPA-based process automation across the organization.
• Gather and define business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions.
• Manage and maintain the operations backlog, creating business cases and ROI models to justify automation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to align AI-driven solutions with business needs.
• Strong understanding of RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere) and AI/ML models.
• Knowledge with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Python) to derive insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and integration of AI/automation solutions.
• Support change management efforts, enabling the organization to adopt and scale automation technologies.
• Monitor system performance, handle BAU support requests, and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure system uptime and efficiency.
