We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep knowledge of the medical insurance domain to support the delivery of key AI use cases, including Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) analytics and dynamic pricing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical claims, policy structures, and pricing models, and will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to ensure that use cases are successfully delivered.

- Work with medical insurance stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business and data requirements for AI initiatives.
- Analyze medical claims data and business workflows to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for FWA detection and pricing optimization.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical and data science teams.
- Support the design and validation of AI models for dynamic pricing and fraud detection, ensuring alignment with medical domain knowledge.
- Document business rules, success criteria, KPIs, and process flows for all related AI use cases.
- Conduct data profiling and quality assessments to ensure data readiness and support accurate AI outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and presentations to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and support adoption.
- Assist in test planning, UAT execution, and post-deployment support, including documentation and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related field;
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the medical insurance domain.
- Strong knowledge of medical claims processes, pricing models, and fraud detection practices in insurance.
- Proven experience supporting AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and understanding of AI/ML use cases.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in agile delivery environments and working with cross-functional teams.
