The Business Application Specialist at KPS will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business applications are fully supported, optimized and integrated across the organization. This role requires a combination of customer support, technical expertise, critical thinking, and strong collaboration skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness in use of business applications.

Job Purpose
The Business Application Specialist at KPS will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business applications are fully supported, optimized and integrated across the organization. This role requires a combination of customer support, technical expertise, critical thinking, and strong collaboration skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness in use of business applications.
Operational Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve application issues, so that downtime is minimized, in order to maintain seamless business operations.2. Support roll-out of new applications, so that organisation and users have access to the latest tools, in order to meet business objectives.
- Gather user and department feedback to ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements, in order to align with operational needs.
- Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies, so that software applications can be utilized to the full extent.
- Support the application integration activities to align with business objectives, in order to streamline workflows and data flow.
- Test application updates and integrations to ensure they meet business requirements, in order to deliver reliable and effective solutions.
- Monitor application usage data to identify trends, so that optimization opportunities can be recognized, in order to drive better adoption and efficiency.
- Shadow business users to understand how applications are used and to gather feedbacks, so that software usage is well understood, in order to make continuous improvements.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure end-users fully utilize applications, so that they understand new features, in order to improve productivity.
- Stay informed on industry trends to identify relevant advancements, so that KPS remains at the forefront of digital innovation, in order to maintain a competitive edge.
- Document and maintain application workflows to ensure clarity and accessibility, so that users can easily understand and follow processes, in order to reduce errors and improve consistency in operations.
Essential (must have to perform the role)
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.2. 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role providing application support and process optimization.
- Experience in business application management and technical issue resolution.
- Proven experience with enterprise software systems, such as ERP or CRM.
- Experience with system integration and automation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for system/process assessment.
- Skilled in creating user documentation and guidelines.
- Clear communication skills for technical concepts.
- Collaborative across multiple departments.
- Previous experience in the Furniture, Architecture / Construction / Engineering, or Fit-out industries *highly* desirable.2. Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business ByDesign, Zoho CRM, ASite, Autodesk, CostX, Causeway.
- Experience with Agile web development workflows.
