SALES PRODUCTION
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
Minimum Of One Year Experience In Outdoor Sales
Good communication skills (both oral and written)
Good analytical and arithmetical skills
Ability to conduct marketing activities
Positive attitude, Persistent and Competence to work under pressure.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVE (in a calendar year)
25 Number of policies with a Collected Premium of AED.200.000 (2nd year 90% retention)
SALES PRODUCTION
- Plan on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Executing the plan accurately
- Daily calling for Appointments to set meetings for new prospective clients
- Meeting and presenting products to new prospects
- Follow-up with the existing Prospects to convert them to new Clients
- Conducting Marketing Activity for new leads
- Analyze MIS reports and take action to improve business
- Thorough understanding of the product and process
- Writing of daily reports and analyzing the same
- Checking the quality of daily activity and making improvements
