Qmaizen Quality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry and a strong sales background within the Egypt and MENA markets.

Qmaizen Quality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry and a strong sales background within the Egypt and MENA markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the TIC industry across Egypt and the MENA region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure business development activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully
- Track KPIs and sales targets and report performance to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the TIC industry
- Strong knowledge of compliance and trade regulations in Egypt and the MENA region
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Preferred certifications related to ISO and regulatory compliance
- Nationality preference: Filipino, African, or Arab (preferably Syrian or Tunisian)
- Full-time, on-site role
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
