Business Development & Account Manager – Digital Marketing

Ads Genius is one of Dubai’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies, specialising in high-converting lead generation campaigns and client acquisition strategies for premium service industries. We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to join our team in Dubai.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for a motivated, ambitious professional who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE.

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and growth.

• Represent Ads Genius as a trusted advisor and digital marketing expert.

• Manage the full client lifecycle: from lead generation and first meetings to onboarding and account growth.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the internal delivery team to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Provide regular reporting and feedback on pipeline progress and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must already be based in Dubai.

• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

• Must have a minimum of 6 months remaining on your UAE Visa.

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within marketing, media, or B2B services.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Results-driven mindset with the hunger to exceed targets.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts while consistently bringing in new business.

Compensation Structure

On-Target Earnings (OTE): AED 200,000 annually

This is a performance-based salary model designed to reward high achievers:

• Your monthly salary is directly tied to your performance against set targets.

• Example: If you achieve 70% of your monthly target, you will be paid 70% of your monthly salary.

• If you overachieve (e.g., 150% of target), you will earn 150% of your monthly salary.

• There is no cap on earnings – your success directly determines your reward.
