Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze customer data, sales trends, and business performance to identify actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations for market entry, product expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Business Development Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
- Support the business development team in lead generation, client targeting, and opportunity evaluation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders and management.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development initiatives.
- Analyze ROI, revenue potential, and market feasibility of new projects or partnerships.
- Maintain dashboards and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Collaboration & Strategic Input:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnership opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or business development.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
