  • 5-10 years in Analytical focusing on Gas chromatography, Gas Analyzers , GCMS and Spectroscopy like ICP OES, ICPMS, Elemental analyzers, NIR , Thermal Instruments, Material ,Packaging testing instruments ,Ion Chromatography , Titrators, TOC, Water Analysis like wet chemistry analyzers and BOD-COD automation.
  • Achieve Booking, Billing, GP and Collection responsibility for its own area of responsibility. Identify prospective Customers , to develop DLAS business.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities , prospects & projects.
  • Make cold calls for new business leads
  • Developing quotes, Tenders and proposals and presentations for client
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer, stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives followed by payment collections. Interaction with application specialist and service in our team to make sure to offer the best solution to customers.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate timely client need fulfilment.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database ( CRM) of prospective client information. Monthly forecast.
