Overview

Core42 is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to support the growth and expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting in the development of strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, markets, and sectors for business expansion, monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct introductory meetings with potential clients, presenting tailored proposals and solutions to understand their needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Follow up on marketing created leads to progress them through the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Understand marketing campaigns and strategy to integrate this in all outreach and follow up activity
  • Support other business development initiatives and projects as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence others.
  • Strong networking abilities, confidently initiating and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions for client needs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive intelligence for informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting strategies and approaches as needed for success.
