Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator – UAE National , reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will support the growth of our business by assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, proposals, and client engagement activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams to coordinate business development efforts, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

From Day 1, you’ll be a valued contributor, supporting real projects and working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather inputs for bids and tenders
  • Maintain and update client databases, opportunity trackers, and business development reports
  • Support market research and competitor analysis
  • Help organize client meetings, events, and follow-up activities
  • Ensure timely submission of documentation and compliance with client requirements


About You:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or proposal management tools is a plus


Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Internship or prior experience in business development, sales support, or marketing
  • Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally
