Repserve is a leading provider of innovative sales and marketing solutions, specializing in helping businesses expand their reach and maximize their growth potential. Our client, a premier real estate company with a global footprint, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive based in Dubai to promote and close deals for their exclusive EU Visa Programmes.
This role is ideal for high-performing sales professionals with a proven track record inclosing high-value deals, especially in real estate or investment-related sectors. You'll be at the forefront of a premium international offering, connecting with high-net-worth individuals and guiding them through investment pathways to secure EU residency or citizenship.
Key Responsibilities
At Repserve we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, allowing firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones.
Our Reps have a maximum of 3 complimentary (never competing) clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client.
This role is for an allocation of 75% of your time.
Your day-to-day expenses will be covered (ie petrol, parking, tolls, mobile call charges,etc.) Larger expenses such as international travel, hotels, and large group entertainment should be approved by your client prior to incurring.
Your client will be encouraged to pay a sales commission based on performance. If they choose to do this, the structure of their commission scheme shall be discussed and agreed between you and your client.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential B2B partners and B2C clients
- Promote our Residency by Investment programs and other services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners/clients
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle and ensure targets are met
- Collaborate with internal teams and management for strategy alignment

Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in the RBI or immigration sector
- Proven B2C closing skills
- Language proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Chinese is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
