Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to drive our lead generation efforts and support our business expansion goals. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve growth targets. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, a solid understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.


Requirements:

  • Strong research and analytical skills for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing and tracking leads.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented attitude.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use Google Search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo to identify B2B, B2C, and incentive platform leads.
  • Market Research: Monitor trends, competitors, and client needs to uncover opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads against Bamboo Card’s criteria to ensure quality fit.
  • CRM Management: Log and update qualified leads in CRM, assigning them to the right BDM.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Connect with prospects via calls, emails, and social media with personalized communication.
  • Collaboration & Performance: Support Sales Team, track KPIs, and achieve monthly lead generation targets.
