6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities related to facility management using CRM software.

7. Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of facility management services and customer satisfaction.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in facility management to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions in facility management to expand your professional network and promote company services.

10. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against facility management targets and goals.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the facility management industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, facility management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Hindi language is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and achieving sales targets in facility management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and industry professionals in facility management.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills specifically tailored for facility management services.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth in facility management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment in facility management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of facility management market trends, regulations, and practices are a plus.
