About Us

WeCopyTrade, a Canada-based fintech company, delivers innovative social and copy-trading solutions. Through our WeMasterTrade project, we provide funded trader programs, education, and digital trading tools. We are expanding our Dubai office and hiring Business Development Executives to drive business growth in the Kenyan market.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients from the Kenyan market
  • Promote and sell digital trading products to retail and wholesale clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets


Requirements

  • Currently based in the UAE
  • Fluent in English and Swahili (mandatory)
  • 1+ years of sales or business development experience, or freshers with proven sales experience in the Kenyan market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Interest or experience in trading, forex, or cryptocurrency is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Kenyan market and culture is highly desirable
