The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to sell MEA Construction Projects Data Base to Construction industry and to meet and or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned target.

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to sell MEA Construction Projects Data Base to Construction industry and to meet and or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsites market presence. Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients and partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Use insights to guide business development strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure support for business development efforts.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools. Familiarity with project management and industry-specific software is advantageous.
- Proactive: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Analytical: Capable of assessing data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Team Player: Collaborative and effective in working with cross-functional teams.
