Drive business growth through the development of new sales opportunities and maximizing the benefit from existing customers in the MENA and Levant Region.
You will be part of a highly skilled team of Sales professionals working with Account Managers, Pre-Sales and Technology specialists.
BDM provide vital support to the company’s sales, consulting and support team.

You will be part of a highly skilled team of Sales professionals working with Account Managers, Pre-Sales and Technology specialists.
BDM provide vital support to the company’s sales, consulting and support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling the RIB product portfolio in the region.
- Drive sales planning and structure, leading and orchestrating new opportunities within the construction sector.
- Articulate the value proposition clearly.
- Demonstrate the ROI in the interests of the client with a key focus on solving real and qualified business challengers by applying our solutions and technology
- Maintaining and expand customer base.
- Building & maintaining relationships with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities
- UAE Driving License
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a dynamic Sales environment
- Experience in Target oriented job description and Target achievement history
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Must exhibit a positive, professional attitude and be a team player
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple tasks
- Proactive, flexible, and a team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a focus on active listening and persuasion
