The Client
Our client is a European-based global supplier of industrial piping solutions, serving sectors like Oil & Gas, Power, and Petrochemical. With decades of experience, they offer a full range of certified products—pipes, valves, fittings, and more—backed by strong technical support and global project expertise in over 60 countries.
Key Responsibilities
At Repserve we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, allowing firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones.
Our Reps have a maximum of 3 complimentary (never competing) clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client.
This role is for an allocation of 100% of your time.
Your day-to-day expenses will be covered (ie petrol, parking, tolls, mobile call charges, etc.) Larger expenses such as international travel, hotels, and large group entertainment should be approved by your client prior to incurring.
Your client will be encouraged to pay a sales commission based on performance. If they choose to do this, the structure of their commission scheme shall be discussed and agreed between you and your client.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for KSA across client's product and service lines.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and engagement with EPCs, end users, and distributors.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and RFQ submission to technical engagement and contract closure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Water sectors.
- Represent the client's company at industry events, trade shows, and technical presentations to elevate brand presence and market awareness.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams in Italy and regionally to offer customized solutions that align with client requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, certifications, and quality standards in all proposals and contracts.
- Drive pipeline growth and revenue in alignment with regional business objectives.
- New client acquisitions and revenue generated in KSA.
- Growth and management of a qualified pipeline.
- Execution of contracts and projects aligned with compliance and quality benchmarks.
- Increased market visibility and engagement through events, bids, and partnerships

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 5–7 years of business development or industrial sales experience in the KSA, ideally in the piping, valves, or oil & gas supply chain.
- Proven success in managing key accounts and closing large-scale EPC or industrial supply contracts.
- Deep knowledge of major Saudi projects and stakeholders (e.g., Aramco, SABIC, SWCC, NEOM, PIF projects).
- Technical knowledge of piping materials, components, and standards (e.g., ASME, EN, API).
- Strong understanding of certifications such as ISO, PED, OHSAS, and NDT requirements.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Kingdom and to international company sites when required.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development.
- Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
- Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and project management skills.
