Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, building lasting client relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in line with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, institutional clients, and partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, particularly in the Middle East and global markets.
• Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support client success.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by the management team; and
• Any other duties relevant to the role.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing deals in B2B business development or sales within the Fintech or financial industry — 3+ years.
• Experience working with liquidity providers, bridge providers, risk management tools, or CRMs for brokers.
• Strong network of brokers and institutional clients in the Middle East and/or global markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
