Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand company growth.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategic decisions.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategies, making data-driven adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close commercial deals successfully.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
