Your Role in VT Markets
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or IB management in the financial markets industry.
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms, KYC processes, deposits/withdrawals, and basic trading operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings, events, and expos.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, Farsi or others) will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan ahead and achieve performance targets.
- Contact new potential clients on a daily basis and convert leads into active accounts.
- Support new clients through the registration and KYC process, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Provide guidance and answer questions about the company’s trading platforms.
- Assist clients with technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Guide clients on processes related to deposits, withdrawals, and trading (without providing financial advice).
- Acquire new IBs through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing IBs, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Help new IBs develop their business from the ground up (0 to 100), providing continuous support.
- Retain and grow relationships with existing IBs, ensuring their business continues to expand with the company.
- Actively attend meetings with clients and IBs to explore business opportunities.
- Travel locally and internationally for financial market events and high-value client meetings when required.
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans to achieve sales targets.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as specified in the employment contract (tracked on a monthly basis).
- Follow company policies, working hours, and professional standards at all times.
