Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (Corporate Sales) to drive B2B growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales within the travel industry, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic partnerships. Specialize in MICE- understand client requirements for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions; prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts accordingly. Prior experience in the travel sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic corporate alliances and partnerships.
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities across corporate travel and MICE segments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular engagement and reviews.
- Understand client travel requirements and offer tailored solutions through our platform.
- Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal product, support, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews and performance analysis with clients to drive account growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Travel, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel dynamics and procurement cycles.
- A strong network of corporate clients is a plus.
