Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services.
We are looking for a Full-Time Business Development Manager - Freight to join their team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Prospect networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network according to the standard activity KPIs and centrally agreed sales processes.
- Research and identify potential clients and their decision makers in the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Interact with customers, face-to-face, to establish market information specific to them.
- Plan and prepare for sales visits to both existing and prospect customers e.g. contact person, address, trading history, etc.
- Consistently present the full range of products, services, and technologies to every customer.
- Win new customers to meet sales targets predefined and agreed upon with Commercial Manager.
- Accurately update the sales systems on a timely basis to ensure complete and current client information is held.
- Provide management with feedback by submitting weekly progress reports and sales reports within agreed time frames.
- Bachelors degree in business or any other field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Fluent in English. Additional language a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to build genuine relationships with new and existing customers.
- Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
