To enhance Fugro's market presence in the port sector by developing strategies that position the company as a leader in providing Geo-data services and solutions for new port development, expansion, and operations. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, strategizing business growth, and converting these into valuable contracts.

  • Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the port sector, identifying new market opportunities, and developing relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, opportunities for new port development, expansion, and operations, and leverage this information to position Fugro strategically.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with port authorities, operators, and related governmental bodies, understanding their challenges and offering customized solutions.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical experts, sales, and marketing, to ensure a unified approach to business development and solution delivery.
  • Contract Negotiation & Conversion: Skillfully negotiate and convert opportunities into contracts that deliver value to both ports and Fugro.
