Compensation and Benefits:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for our Rental Car Services, encompassing both B2B and B2C segments within the Transportation, Trucking, and Railroad industry. This pivotal role will entail identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and business development, complemented by a keen understanding of the rental car market dynamics. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and cultivate strong client relationships. This position requires a results-oriented individual capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Identify and target potential business clients in the rental car market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster retention and loyalty.
- Create sales strategies and initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns aimed at both B2B and B2C markets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the transportation or rental car industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
