Position Overview

The role focuses on expanding training and assessment services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for training and certification programs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare proposals and deliver tailored presentations to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel.
