We are looking for a Lead to join our Global Business Expansion team in Dubai who will be responsible for growing Snapchat’s clients’ businesses in EMEA emerging markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap and our sales partners team to define GTM strategies for existing and new markets in EMEA
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the sales partners’ levers of growth in terms of manpower, contract/s, commission modeling, pipeline and quota management
- Design successful revenue growth strategies for current and new business opportunities
- Deliver high-quality data driven reports to executives internally and C-level business partnerships weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Develop relationships with industry leaders and key customers to drive growth
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build workstreams, overcome challenges to develop the business eco-system
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 10+ years of experience in media sales, media buying, partner management, management consulting, digital advertising, and/or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
- Understanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain language
- Experience in working for matrix organizations and the ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation
