We’re currently hiring a Business Operations Associate to join our team to support the scaling business. The Business Operations Associate will work with multiple departments (from Client Operations to Product to Engineering - and more!) in implementing cross-functional processes in order to drive efficient collaboration across the organization. They will also be primarily responsible for supporting and eventually managing an internal program pertaining to our product testing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-impact internal program that powers our product testing and maintenance efforts
    • Coordinate closely with multiple teams across the organization, including Engineering, Product, and Client-facing teams, to support their testing requirements
    • Streamline the workflows of the internal program, including for example adding automations
    • Put controls and guidelines in place to promote best-practices and ensure compliant use of the program
  • Support effective cross-functional collaboration by improving workflows and systems that span across multiple teams. Examples may include but are not limited to:
    • Work with Product and Client-facing teams on customer feature requests
    • Coordinate between Product, Go-To-Market, and Finance on efficient client billing
    • Team up with the People team on company culture initiatives
Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record of taking initiative. You’re the type of person who puts up your hand to take the lead, support your peers, and/or share your ideas.
  • Problem solver. You’re motivated by thinking through high-level problems and putting the puzzle pieces together.
  • Extremely dependable and accountable. Your peers can rely on you and you take ownership of your work.
  • Organized and structured. You apply a structured approach to most things you do at work… and maybe even outside of work.
  • Strong execution with the mentality to get sh*t done. You care deeply not only about what you do but how you do it.
  • Stakeholder management. You’re confident and effective in communicating with people at multiple levels.
  • An interest in tech and automations, even if you don’t have the technical experience yet.

Desired Qualifications

  • Project or program management experience (within an academic context is also acceptable)
  • Experience streamlining and/or automating processes
  • Experience with platform integrations
