About The Opportunity
As the Business Operations Manager at OKX, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Due Diligence Program Lead on coordinating and managing the completion of due diligence questionnaire (DDQs)/request for information/proposal from potential clients evaluating the company's services. Your primary responsibilities involve working cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts globally to ensure tailored and accurate due diligence responses that reflect OKX's capabilities, compliance standards, and risk management strategies. By meticulously supporting the DDQ process, you will instill confidence in potential clients regarding the company's operational integrity and stability.

About The Opportunity
As the Business Operations Manager at OKX, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Due Diligence Program Lead on coordinating and managing the completion of due diligence questionnaire (DDQs)/request for information/proposal from potential clients evaluating the company's services. Your primary responsibilities involve working cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts globally to ensure tailored and accurate due diligence responses that reflect OKX's capabilities, compliance standards, and risk management strategies. By meticulously supporting the DDQ process, you will instill confidence in potential clients regarding the company's operational integrity and stability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the main point of contact for Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requests from potential clients, ensuring clear and timely communication with client-facing business development teams globally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts in Compliance, Risk, Legal, Corporate Governance, Product etc.to compile and review relevant information for DDQs, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and client requirements.
- Ensure information collected and shared in the DDQ process complies with relevant data protection laws.
- Enforce quality control measures to ensure DDQ responses meet high standards expected by clients and adhere to regulatory benchmarks.
- Provide regular and ongoing reporting and metrics to senior management on the effectiveness and status of the DDQ processes.
- Maintain a central repository of due diligence documentation and ensure audit readiness
- Support business operations initiatives to implement process enhancements and streamline workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk, or related field.
- 5+ years of prior hands-on experience in client onboarding, risk/compliance operations, preferably within regulated industries (financial services, crypto, fintech, payments)
- Project management skills to effectively juggle multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and legal requirements for comprehensive responses
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders globally
- Experience with knowledge management or workflow automation tool
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to assess urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
- Self-motivated team player capable of prioritizing and multitasking under deadline
- Certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience in client onboarding or client service operations within a regulated industry.
