Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
Control disbursement and stock cutting in the system
- Create PR purchase request for office supplies - Key in goods received into the system
- Take care of the disbursement and use of company cars and create a list of fuel refueling reports into the system
- Receive building repair reports from all departments
- Take care of and control license renewals
- Car insurance and tax renewals
- Support work for various departments - Prepare correspondence and coordinate with various internal and external departments
- Prepare reports as requested or assigned
Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in general management, accounting, or other related fields
- Experience in purchasing will be given special consideration
