Job Brief:

A leading management consulting firm is seeking a results-driven and client-focused Business Setup Advisor to assist entrepreneurs and businesses in navigating the UAE business formation process, including Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in local regulations and corporate services, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end setup journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to deliver a seamless client experience from concept to company formation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the full spectrum of business setup services in the UAE, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients from initial consultation through to license issuance.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide advisory support on related services such as VAT registration, PRO services, banking, and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and contribute to strategic process enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business setup, corporate services, finance, or management consulting.
• Strong working knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions, including DED, DMCC, DIFC, IFZA, SHAMS, JAFZA, RAKEZ, and others.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be fluent in English and the Russian / Persian languages.
